Exchange Policy for Damaged Product
Every Amy's Special hair accessory is carefully inspected and safely packed before shipment.
However, if the product does arrive damaged you may exchange it for a new one by following the Exchange Policy Procedure below.
Please note: No refunds will be offered, only an exchange on product that was damaged upon arrival
Step 1:
Customer has 3 business days after receiving delivery of the damaged product to notify the Amy's Special Support Staff at support@amysspecial.com of the issue. Please put "damaged product" in the subject line and include a brief description detailing the defect in the product you received (ex: crystal missing, loose feather, etc...). When your email is received, a support staff member will respond by giving you a confirmation number within one business day.
Step 2:
Customer has 10 business days after receiving a confirmation number to return the damaged product.
After receiving your confirmation number, send the damaged product to the Amy's Special Warehouse located at:
7929 Silverton Ave, Suite #616, San Diego, CA, 92126
Attn: Support staff
(note: cutomer is responsible for this shipping cost).
Be sure to write the confirmation number on the outside of the package, and pack the product in the same fashion as it was delivered.
Please do not return damaged product without first obtaining a confirmation number. Product returned without a confirmation number will NOT be exchanged.
Step 3:
Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged product, the Amy's Special Support staff will then honor your exchange and ship you a NEW replacement product for FREE.
Please note: NO exchanges for damaged products will be granted unless the guidelines listed above are followed correctly
